Answer:Daily wear lenses—including both soft and rigid gas permeable lenses—must be removed before bedtime or even a nap. Certain extended wear contact lenses are designed to be left in while you sleep; however, be sure to discuss your wearing schedule with your eye care provider, since your needs may be different.

Always be sure to carry your lens container and soaking solution in case you need to store your lenses before getting some shut-eye.
