How to reorder your contact lenses

  1. On the Contact Lens Center page, select Reorder Contact Lenses in the left-hand column.
  2. On the Order Status page, you will see descriptions of your previous orders, including those that have not yet shipped and those that have been completed.
  3. You may select Review Orders in Progress to see the status of any orders that have not yet shipped.
  4. To reorder an active Walgreens.com contact lens prescription with no changes, select the button next to that order's description, then select ADD TO CART.

    You may only select one contact lens prescription at a time. (If you have selected a prescription for only one eye, however, you may select a prescription for the other eye as part of the same order.)

    You will be taken to your checkout page to complete your order. If there are no changes, we will process and ship your order right away; we will not contact your prescriber for additional confirmation.

  5. To change the quantity of boxes when reordering a currently active prescription, select the button next to that order, then select ADD TO CART.

    You will be taken to your cart where you may update the quantity of lenses in your order.

    If you do not have an account, please call Walgreens Contact Lens Customer Service toll-free at 866-817-1631 to reorder your contact lens prescription.

  6. To make any other changes (such as base curve, diameter or power) you must return to the Contact Lens Center home page and place a new order. We will contact your prescriber for confirmation before processing and shipping your new order.
  7. If a previously ordered contact lens prescription has expired, you will not be able to select it to reorder. To order the same prescription, you must place a new order with the same information.

    To view details of an expired prescription, select the date of the expired prescription.

    You will see the complete details for that prescription.

    Return to the Contact Lens Center home page, where you may re-enter the prescription details as a new order.

    Or return to Order Status to view other previous orders.

    We will contact your prescriber for confirmation before processing and shipping your new order.
