Why is AARP Health Essentials now working with Walgreens?
AARP is working with Walgreens.com so that together, we can provide a broad selection of products to AARP members at discount pricing. In addition to the products featured in the Health Essentials catalog, AARP members can also receive their discount on more than 20,000 items sold online at AARPpharmacycatalog.com; discount is not available at Walgreens stores.

Will I still be able to purchase AARP brand products?
Sorry, but AARP brand products are no longer available. In many cases, Walgreens brand offers identical or very similar products you may also like. If you need help in finding an alternative to an AARP brand product that you have used, we encourage you to call toll-free 866-202-4020 and a representative would be happy to assist you.

How do I know if a product is eligible for an AARP discount?
Most items sold online are eligible for AARP discount pricing, with the exception of gift cards, Photo Center and Pharmacy orders, contact lenses, Health Info Cards and Walgreens Ready Response Medical Alert System these are not eligible for a 5% discount.
To verify if an item is eligible for an AARP discount, keep your eyes open for items with an AARP price label while you're shopping. Or you might see AARP sale, which means that, in addition to the AARP discounted price, Walgreens is selling the item at a sale price for even more savings. If you have a question about the discount eligibility of a specific item, please call toll-free 866-202-4020. Some exclusions may apply.

How can my order qualify for FREE shipping at $50?
When the subtotal of the item(s) in your cart designated as FREE shipping eligible reaches $50 or more, those items ship for free to the contiguous 48 states. If the subtotal of FREE shipping eligible items is less than $50, then the regular fee of $5.49 applies.
If your order also contains items that are not FREE shipping eligible, you will only be charged the applicable shipping fee for the ineligible items.
Please note that this offer does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

How can I receive my AARP discount on products with Walgreens?
If you're shopping AARPpharmacycatalog.com, we will ask to verify your AARP membership before you submit your order.
We also recommend adding your AARP member information to Your Account once you've registered on Walgreens.com. This will ensure while you are shopping AARPpharmacycatalog.com, you will receive your AARP discount for all eligible items.

What is the status of my Health Essentials catalog order?
To check the status of your order, sign in and go to Your Account. Select Store Products and contact lenses below the Order Status section. You'll know your order is being processed when In Process appears next to the order number. Shipped status appears when the order has been sent to you. In addition, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped. If an item is out of stock, we will not issue a back order, but will attempt to notify you via email if your email address was provided.
On Your Order Status page, you can also track your order's shipping status if it lists a Shipped Date - simply click on your order's Tracking Number.

Sorry, at this time we cannot ship Health Essentials orders to the U.S. territories. Walgreens is diligently exploring options that could make it possible to ship AARP Health Essentials orders to you sometime in the near future.
